Where NBS provides professional services to you, those services are governed by the engagement letter and any terms of business agreed for that engagement. If there is any conflict between those documents and these terms, the engagement documents prevail.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
